Pre-sacral nodes B. Rocco

In selected cases of high-grade prostate cancer, the so-called pre-sacral nodes can be removed. Anatomic landmarks in this instance are: the aortic bifurcation cranially, the distant segment of umbilical artery caudally, the common and the internal iliac artery laterally and the sigma colon medially.
