Description

Approach to internal iliac artery and Marcille’s triangle i.The lymphatic dissection could be further enlarged following the collateral branches of internal iliac artery ii. reaching the hypogastric and deep obturator lymph nodes. iii. The Marcille’s triangle dissection is a very challenging passage. Often, it could be approached medially to the iliac vessels, but sometimes a lateral plane, passing through the iliac vessels and the psoas muscle, is required to complete the mobilization of the peri-obturator nerve lymph nodes.
