III. Urethrocystoscopy A.G. Martov

The Initial step of the operation is urethra and bladder endoscopic examination. It allows to inspect the external sphincter, verumontanum, to estimate the lateral and median lobes, the intravesical growth. The bladder evaluation allows to visualize the ureteral ostiums and rule out tumors, calculi, diverticulae.
