Step 7. Bladder neck incission at the 12 o’clock position P. Gilling

Next, the bladder neck is incised at the 12 o’clock position. This releases the upper aspect of both lobes. The incision is deepened and extended laterally and distally to the level of the verumontanum. The lobe is then peeled down off the capsule and this is progressively extended distally over the length of the lobe.
