In this video, we describe the ‘Technique of Spaces’ for RARC, which divides a lengthy and technically challenging procedure into well-defined measurable steps. This keeps the procedure focused, eases training & renders learning less overwhelming [1]. The four spaces of dissection are the periureteral, lateral pelvic, anterior rectal, and retropubic spaces.
